You agree that ROOJ and editors shall not be liable to you for any loss or injury caused in whole or part by either negligence or contingencies in procuring, compiling, or delivering the information. The works of authorship contained in ROOJ web site and all of its associated files, may not in whole or in part, be reproduced, published, distributed, performed, displayed, transmitted or incorporated in compilations or derivative works without permission of ROOJ (including but not limited to reproduction on other web sites, distribution by electronic mail, or republication in a printed publication). If you upload, post, or otherwise provide any work of authorship to any part of this web site, you will be deemed to have granted ROOJ a non-revocable, worldwide, non-exclusive license to reproduce, publish, distribute, perform, display, transmit that work and to incorporate it in compilations or derivative works and you waive all rights of attribution and integrity.

Conflict of Interest: Any author or co-author affiliation or involvement (either competitive or cooperative) with any organization or entity with a direct financial interest in the subject matter of the material submitted to ROOJ must be noted in the material submitted. Included in the cover section should be the material title, author, co-authors (if any), institutional affiliation and address, telephone number, fax number and e-mail address. Please indicate the preferred method of contact from ROOJ. The cover section "comments" section must warrant that any investigations involving human subjects included appropriate informed consent.

Permission From Other Sources: Any information reproduced from another source must be appropriately cited. The authors are responsible for obtaining any necessary permission from other sources of publication (whether copyrighted or not) or submission for publication prior to submission to ROOJ. Appropriate permission must be obtained when citing unpublished data or personal communications.

Submitted Material Composition: Only electronic format (E-mail or appropriate word processing formatted text) will be considered. It will be necessary for the authors to electronically convert all tables and illustrations to reasonably small (fraction of a page) picture computer files in the *.gif format. ROOJ will not convert paper tables and illustrations into *.gif files for the authors. Authors should be aware *.gif files tend to require a substantial amount of computer disk space, and may greatly prolong download times for ROOJ readers attempting to access material.

Author Review: Each author will be responsible for reviewing the ROOJ Internet published material in a timely manner to verify its accuracy, and will promptly notify ROOJ of any inaccuracies.

Virus Scan: All electronically submitted files are to be scanned by the authors for viruses immediately prior to submission with appropriate current software, and submitted in good faith that the files are free of viruses.
